fax, chat, ACD, IVR, Web page push, web based provisioning and reporting,
recording (capability of recording 100% of calls and real-time retrieval
from anywhere in the world), monitoring, coaching, joining or taking over
a call from an agent and all the advanced features of skills based routing,
Intelligent call distribution etc…. Customer is required to provide
the PCs and IP connectivity.

seamless transfer and training of Customer’s IT personnel.
